MEET BEN PRENTISS

The coach behind the athletes

Ben Prentiss founded Prentiss in 2000 and has trained athletes from all 32 NHL organizations — including Stanley Cup champions, Olympic medalists, and NHL award winners. The facility is best known for hockey — but the roster has always included baseball, football, lacrosse, and athletes across professional and Olympic sports.

Beyond the facility, Ben has served as Strength & Conditioning Consultant to the New York Rangers since 2018, Director of Performance for the PWHL New York Sirens since the team's inception, and previously held the Director of Hockey Performance role at Boston University.

He is the developer of the Quadcurrent system, a PICP Level 5 Master Strength Coach, and has presented to coaches and medical professionals across the United States, Canada, and Europe.

He still coaches every day.
